Crock Pot Tomato Sauce

A simple triple-tomato flavor sauce good for meatballs.
Ingredients:
4 large tomatoes (halved and quartered)
1/2 large onion (diced)
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 tablespoon minced garlic paste
2 tablespoons dried oregano flakes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 teaspoons brown sugar
2 bay leaves
2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
Directions:
1. Place tomatoes on bottom of crock pot.
2. Add onion, tomato paste, garlic, oregano, basil, parsley, soy sauce, sugar, and tomato sauce.
3. Cover and cook for 8 – 9 hours total on low.
