Crock Pot Tangy Chicken and Black Beans

Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into pieces
3 shallots, chopped
1 celery rib, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon key lime juice
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground
1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon parsley, dried
rice or tortilla
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in crock pot, cook on low for 6-8 hours.
2. Serve over rice, or use as filling with tortillas.
