Crock Pot Swiss Steak

For creamy Swiss steak: Place onions and meat in crock pot as directed. Spread 1- 10 ounce can of mushroom soup over meat.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs round steaks, cut 3/4-inch thick
2 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
1 carrot, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can hunts tomato sauce
Directions:
1. Cut round steak into serving pieces.
2. Season flour with salt and pepper.
3. Dredge meat in seasoned flour.
4. Place onions in bottom of crock pot; add meat.
5. Top with carrots and celery and cover with tomato sauce.
6. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high 3 to 5 hours.
