Crock Pot Swiss Steak

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2-2 lbs round steaks
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato soup or 14 1/2 oz stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, salt, pepper and pound mixture into steak. Brown steak in butter and onion. Add tomato soup, water, vinegar and place in crock pot. Let simmer 3 to 4 hours or all day to make more tender.
