Crock Pot Sweet and Sour Ribs

This is so easy to do and it makes company quality ribs. I make the sauce the night before and just add it in the morning before work. You can also use chicken thighs or wings for this.
Ingredients:
2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons soya sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic
3 lbs pork spareribs
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and flour into saucepan.
2. Add water, stir.
3. Add next 5 ingredients.
4. Heat and stir until it boils and thickens.
5. Pour over ribs in crock pot.
6. Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours.
