This quick and easy recipe results in a scrumptious one pot meal. Add whatever toppings traditionally served with fajitas - sour cream, shredded cheese etc. You can save time by using frozen peppers and onions.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup chunky salsa
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 fresh minced garlic clove
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 lbs flank steaks (sliced in strips)
1 onion, chopped or sliced
3 sweet red pepper strips
fajita-size flour tortilla
Directions:
1. Combine first eight ingredients in the crockpot. Place chopped onion and red peppers on top. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Enjoy!
