Crock Pot Sauce Wars BBQ Pork Sandwiches

Born of desperation, as my husband, daughter and myself all love different brands/styles of BBQ sauce. Cook, shred and then sauce up your own sandwich, your own way!
Ingredients:
1 (3 -5 lb) pork loin, trimmed
1 (8 ounce) can ginger ale
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
aluminum foil
4 buns
barbecue sauce
coleslaw
Directions:
1. Place loin in crock pot.
2. Open ginger ale can and pour over loin.
3. Dash Liquid Smoke to taste over loin.
4. Fashion an aluminum foil cover over loin.
5. Place crock lid on and cook on low, 6-8 hours.
6. Open crock and shred loin with two forks.
7. Let sit in juices, taste.
8. Add more Liquid smoke, now, if needed.
9. Portion onto buns.
10. Add sauce of choice.
11. Add Slaw (You NC folks).
12. Enjoy!
