A pot roast made in a Crock Pot.
Ingredients:
2 pounds beef
1 pound baby carrots
1 stalk celery
6 medium potatoes
1 medium yellow onion
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Chop Onion to desired size
2. Chop Celery to desired size
3. Slice Potatoes into 3/4 inch cubes
4. Place Onion, Celery, Potatoes and Baby Carrots in Crock Pot
5. Add Salt and Pepper
6. Add Water
7. Add Beef
8. Cook on High for 4-6 hours.
