Crock Pot Pork Chops and Rice

I just made this up one day
Ingredients:
4 pork chops
1 teaspoon ground sage
1/3 cup onion, minced
2 cups apple cider
1 cup white rice
1 apple, peeled and chopped into pieces
Directions:
1. Put rice, cider, sage, and onion in crock pot and stir to blend in sage.
2. Place pork chops on top of the rice mixture.
3. Place chopped apples on top of pork chops.
4. Cook for 4 hours on high.
5. Serve with a green vegtable.
