Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese

My kids and I love this recipe and often make a meal out of it.
Ingredients:
8 ounces elbow macaroni
12 ounces evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Coat crock pot with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl beat eggs with evaporated milk, and milk.
3. Mix in pasta and all cheese except about 1/2 cup.
4. Put mixture in slow cooker and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
5. Cook on low for 6 hours.
6. Do not lift lid or stir!
