Crock-Pot Lasagna - Sherri Griffin

Lasagna that waits for you to get home.
Ingredients:
10 -12 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
8 ounces mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
28 ounces ragu hearty robusto pasta sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Break noodles into pieces. Cook according to package directions and drain.
2. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic; drain excess fat.
3. Put ground beef, noodles and remaining ingredients into crockpot and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
