Crock Pot Hamburger Hot Dip

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces salsa
14 ounces nacho cheese soup
8 slices velveeta cheese
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and onions in saucepan. Drain. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
3. Cover. Cook on low 4 hours. Stir occassionally.
