Easy recipe that stores well. I use it as a topping for my yogurt.
Ingredients:
5 cups oats
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup nuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup honey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into your slow cooker and mix well.
2. Cook on low for 4 or more hours. Stir occasionally and leave the lid ajar.
3. Store in an airtight jar.
4. Customize this recipe with your favorites by adding raisins, any kind of nut or sesame seeds.
