This was scrumptious. I found this recipe on when I was searching for a chicken crock pot recipe.
Ingredients:
4 -5 boneless chicken breast halves
1 bunch green onion, with about 3 inches of green sliced
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tablespoon finely chopped crystallized ginger
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in the crock pot; cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
2. Serve with rice or flat noodles.
