Crock pot dishes
Ingredients:
300 grams ground beef
252 grams refried beans
250 grams diced tomatoes
250 grams enchilada sauce
250 grams rotel
148 grams flour tortilla
150 grams cheese
Directions:
1. Brown and season ground beef with garlic, chili powder, cumin and onion powder
2. Mix in one cup of refried beans
3. Mix together diced tomatoes, rotel and enchilada sauce
4. Spread tomatoes on bottom of crock pot
5. Lay in one tortilla
6. Spread meat/bean mixture
7. Sprinkle some cheese
8. Another ladle of tomatoe mix
9. Continue to layer - leave enough space for expansion!
10. Cook on low up to 8 hours but no less than 5
