Ingredients:
5 ounces crispy chinese noodles or 5 ounces sev (a indian snack in a bag)
6 1/4 ounces salted cashews
2 cups rice chex
1/8 cup toasted coconut
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions:
1. Place cereal, nuts and coconut in crock pot Combine melted butter, spices and soy sauce and drizzle over cereal.
2. Toss carefully and mix well.
3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours then remove cover and cook on high uncovered for 30 minutes.
