3 pounds of chicken pieces, skin removed |
1 large onion, sliced |
1 green pepper, cut in thin strips |
1/2 cup celery, diced |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon dried leaf thyme |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped |
1 can (14.5 ounces) tomatoes |
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker or crockpot. Cook on high 4 to 5 hours. 2. Serves 4 to 6, depending on chicken cuts. |
