Crock Pot Cream Chicken

This recipe is good if you want moist chicken that shreds easy . Add Instant Mashed potatoes (I like the loaded ones myself). This makes a great dinner.
Ingredients:
3 -4 chicken breasts
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup chicken broth
Directions:
1. Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a sauce pan and saute onion and garlic.
2. Add Cream of Chicken Soup, yogurt, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth.
3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
4. You can add frozen chicken breasts, add one additional hour to cooking time.
5. If you are in a hurry, you can put on Hi for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. This will be approx 4 hours on low. Then I turn down to low for the last 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
