Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put the chicken in the crock pot.
  2. Top with the corn, drained and rinsed beans, ranch dressing, cumin, onion and chili powder.
  3. Stir to combine then top with the cream cheese.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring one or twice
  5. To blend in the cheese.
  6. Shred the chicken into large pieces
  7. And serve over rice.
  8. (This would also make an excellent dip!)
