Crock Pot Chili Spaghetti

Variations (1) Add 8oz can sliced mushrooms to step 1 (2) Use 2 tablespoons chili powder instead of 2 teaspoons for added flavor
Ingredients:
1/2 cup diced onion
2 cups tomato juice
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup shredded mild cheese
1 1/2 lbs ground beef, browned
12 ounces spaghetti, cooked
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover. Cook on low 4 hours. Check mixture about halfway through the cooking time. If it's becoming dry, stir in an additional cup of tomato juice.
