Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (16 oz) can chili beans
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chili powder

Directions:

  1. 1. Saute ground beef and onion on stove top until beef is cooked through adn onion is translucent. Transfer to slow cooker.
  2. 2. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low 7-8 hours or on high 4 hours.
  3. 3. Serve with corn chips, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped jalapeños.
