Crock Pot Chicken A La King

Easy crock pot dinner! Serve over rice, noodles, or baked potatoes. Can start with uncooked chicken or use left over cooked chicken.
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs boneless,skinless chicken, cut into chunks
seasoned salt
garlic pepper
2 t dried parsley
3 t butter
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced green pepper (i prefer red, use what you have / like)
1/4 cup diced onion
1 small can of mushrooms, drained or fresh mushrooms
2 cans cream of chicken and mushroom soup
1/4 c sour cream
1 10oz pkg frozen peas
1/2 c shredded colby jack cheese (or your favorite flavor)
Directions:
1. Season the chicken with seasoned salt and garlic pepper
2. Place all ingredients except cheese in crockpot
3. Cook on low 4-6 hours
4. Stir in cheese right before serving
5. Serve over rice, noodles, or baked potatoes
