Crock Pot Cheddar Fondue

cook your fondue in the crock pot, and keep it warm for the party
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter (or margarine)
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. IN a saucepan melt butter.
2. Stir in flour, salt if desired, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
3. Gradually add milk.
4. Bring to a boil, cook and stir 2 mins or til thickened.
5. Reduce heat.
6. Add cheese.
7. Cook and stir til melted.
8. Transfer to crock pot.
9. Keep warm on LOW.
10. Serve with bread, ham, sausage or broccoli.
