Great on a cold night. The apples and brown sugar go perfectly with the brisket. Add some good, warm crusty bread to complete the meal.
Ingredients:
1 corned beef brisket
1 quart apple juice
1 cup of packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
8 small red potatoes
2 chopped carrots
1 chopped onion
1/2 head cabbage, cut into chunks
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in crock pot. Cook for 10 hours on LOW.
2. Serve with the vegetables and some of the cooking liquid as a gravy.
