Crock Pot Beer Brats

Serve these along side of cabbage and noodles for a complete and easy German-style dinner!
Ingredients:
8 bratwursts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
18 ounces beer (i use killian's)
Directions:
1. Heat oil and garlic in a large skillet; add bratwurst and brown on each side.
2. With a fork, poke holes in each bratwurst and cook for 5 more minutes.
3. Transfer brats to crock pot; pour beer to cover.
4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
