Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

Easy to put together the night before, switch the crock pot on in the morning and then come home after work to a hearty home cooked meal.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean stew meat
1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms (water included)
2 minced fresh garlic cloves
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1 bay leaf
500 ml sour cream
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup water
Directions:
1. Brown stew meat.
2. In a crock pot combine all together.
3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
4. Discard bay leaf.
5. Turn crock pot to high heat.
6. Mix water and flour together and add to crock pot.
7. Add sour cream and cook on high for 30 minutes.
8. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
