Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
1 1/2-2 1/2 lbs boneless beef roast, chunk or 1 1/2-2 1/2 lbs round steaks
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups beef bouillon
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup flour
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. Cut beef in strips or cubes.
2. Coat with salt and pepper.
3. Place in bottom of crock pot.
4. Mix garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon and ketchup.
5. Pour over meat.
6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours until tender.
7. Turn up to HIGH.
8. Add mushrooms.
9. Dissolve flour in small amount of water. Add to meat mixture. Stir to blend.
10. Cook on HIGH for 15 minutes until slightly thickened.
11. Stir in sour cream.
12. Turn off heat.
13. Serve with rice or noodles.
