Crock Pot Beef Barbecue

This barbecue is a little spicy & sweet at the same time.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into small cubes
1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes & chilies, drain juice
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 small beef bouillon cube
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
8 sandwich buns, split
Directions:
1. Drain the juice from the Rotel then blend the chunks in a food processor. Dump into the crock pot then add the remaining ingredients (except the buns).
2. Stir until well blended then cover & cook on high for 4-5 hours.
3. Using a fork shred the beef in the pot. Serve on buns - .
