Crock-Pot Apple Pudding

A healthy, low calorie warm option on a cold Fall evening, or even for breakfast the next morning!
Ingredients:
6 apples
3/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup splenda granular
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon apple pie spice
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 cup fresh cranberries
Directions:
1. Peel and core apples. Cut into bite sized chunks (or use a corer/peeler).
2. Spray crockpot with Pam.
3. Put apples in crockpot.
4. Mix all other ingredients and pour over the top of apples.
5. Stir and cook on low for four hours.
