Crispy Tuna Salad

from Simply Delicious magazine for this quick but outstanding tuna lettuce salad. Do not omit the chow mein noodles because they add the crispiness and serve immediately so noodles don't get soggy. We used about 3/4 head of ice berg
Ingredients:
dressing
1/3 cup each mayonnaise and sour cream ( i used greek yoghurt )
1/4 tsp salt, this was less than indicated,add to your liking
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
salad
1 head iceberg lettuce torn
12 oz albacore tuna drained and chunked up
1 cup frozen green peas thawed
1 can chow mein noodles ( i used about 1 heaping cup from a pkg )
Directions:
1. Stir dressing ingrdients and set aside
2. Mix the peas, tuna and lettuce
3. Stir in the dressing
4. lastly stir in the chow meain noodles and serve immediately!
