Crispy Red Bean Crepes (Guo Bing)

Hongkong Snack. Very simple ingredients and very easy to make.
Ingredients:
120 g bread flour
180 ml water
1 egg
red bean paste
Directions:
1. Beat eggs with water until bubbly.
2. Combine with bread flour. Mix well.
3. Heat and oil pan lightly and pour batter till it forms a very thin pancake.
4. when its is cooked (pancake must be soft and slightly raw), take out and repeat step 3 until all the batter is used up.
5. Place a very very thin layer of red bean paste in the middle of the pancake and wrap it, folding in the corners.
6. semi-deep fry it in oil hot till crispy.
7. drain and serve.
