Ingredients:
21/2 cups all purpose flour(maida)
3 tsp salted butter
3/4 cup milk
1 cup powdered sugar
oil for deep frying
Directions:
1. Heat milk with powdered sugar till sugar melts.
2. In a vessel add flour, butter and heated milk. Mix it well to medium consistency dough. Refrigerate for an hour.
3. Take it out from refrigerator and leave it for 10 minutes.
4. Make small balls out of it and roll it in a rolling pin.
5. Cut it into small squares or diamonds, then deep fry in oil till golden.
6. Allow to cool and serve.
