Crispy Oriental Pizza

I haven't made this yet - but already know that I will love it.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons plum sauce
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1/4 teaspoon finely chopped fresh gingerroot (or you can substitute a dash of powdered ginger)
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
3 tablespoons hot and spicy barbecue sauce
1 (16 inch) armenian cracker lavash bread
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onion
6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Directions:
1. Stir together all sauce ingredients in small bowl; mix well.
2. Place chicken and barbecue sauce in resealable plastic food bag. Seal tightly. Turn bag several times to coat chicken well.
3. Heat oven to 375.
4. Place creacker bread onto ungreased baking sheet. Spread sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with chicken mixture, mushrooms, red pepper, green onions, cheese and cilantro.
5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges or squares and serve.
