Fall-proof, finger-lickin' good chicken couldn't be any easier than this three-ingredient recipe that's so full of flavor, you'll be tempted to double it even without company coming. Diabetic Exchanges: 4 very lean meat, 2 fat, 1 starch. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5oz each)
2 tablespoons honey mustard
1/2 cup crushed french-fried onions
Directions:
1. Coat chicken with honey mustard, then roll in crushed onions. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
2. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
