A delicious pork chop recipe that is always well received.
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups baker's angel flake coconut
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
6 pork chops, 1 inch thick
3 tablespoons melted butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
Directions:
1. Mix coconut with bread crumbs. Mix eggs with salt and pepper.
2. Dip chops in egg; coat with coconut mixture. Place in shallow baking pan; drizzle with melted butter.
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes; turn chops and bake 20 minutes longer.
