Crispy Chopped Broccoli

Had this at a church supper a couple of weeks ago and the lady who made it just gave me the recipe. I really like this side dish.
Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Place frozen broccoli in a 2-qt casserole; add 3 tablespoons water. Cover and microwave on High, 7 to 10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Let stand, covered 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Drain well; stir in butter.
3. Mix remaining ingredients together; reserve 2 tablespoons. Fold mixture into broccoli.
4. Microwave on high, 5 to 9 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
5. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top.
6. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes longer.
