Ingredients:
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon dried chives
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
Directions:
1. In a shallow pan, combine herbs, bread crumbs, grated cheese, salt and pepper Drizzle the olive oil over this mixture, working it into crumbs gently until crumbs are coated. Dip chicken breasts in beaten egg, then firmly press each coated breast into crumb mixture. Cook until thoroughly cooked and juices run clear. Cook on a greased pan in the oven set at 400* for 18- 24 minutes.
