Of course it taste like Kale, but it’s very crispy and has a seaweed flavor, which I love. So, leave the popcorn aside when you watch a movie at home – try the healthy way and make baked crispy kale – it will take you 10 minutes from start to end.
Ingredients:
1 bunch of curly kale
1 tbsp of salt
olive oil cooking spray
Directions:
1. First, make sure the kale is completely dry. Hold the Kale by its stem, and tear the leaf from the stem (the stem will not baked well so make sure its removed completely). Once you removed the stem, tear each leaf to 2-3 pieces. Arrange them on a baking sheet, spray them with some olive oil and sprinkle some salt. That’s it!
2. Bake in 420f for 6-7 minutes or until the kale starts to brown in the edges. Careful, if you wait to long it will get burned. Allow the kale to chill and it’s ready. You won’t believe this boring green became so crispy and tasty.
