Ingredients:
1 cup cold water
1 cup cold milk
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2tsp salt (for savory) or 1/2 cup sugar (for sweet)
4 tbsp melted butter
flat iron pan
spoons or rubber scrapers
ladle
Directions:
1. Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute. Add oil or butter to a skillet, and heat until nearly smoking. Remove pan from heat holding in one hand, in the other ladle on 1/4 cup of batter and tilt the pan until covered. Spoon off any excess. Return to heat about 60 seconds or until light brown. Peel up the edges and flip using spoons or a rubber scraper. The bottom side should be spotted brown. This is the inside of the crêpe. Remove, let cool and add toppings!
