Mom's Crepe Recipe
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
Directions:
1. Beat eggs.
2. Mix all other wet ingredients and all dry ingredients separately in two bowls.
3. Add mixtures to eggs, alternating between dry and wet.
4. Fry small amounts in a pan, flipping once, to make crepes.
5. Top with yummy yummy toppings.
