This is our favorite batter for crepes. It turns out perfect every time. Just make sure that the batter is smooth.
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups water
6 eggs
6 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
1. Mix into a smooth batter.
2. Cook on an electric crepe maker, until just cooked.
3. Make sure not to overcook.
