Thin crepes delicious and crispy around the outer rim, soft and tasty. Great filled with fruit and custard! Also delicious rolled up with lemon juice and sugar.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
butter, for skillet
Directions:
1. Mix eggs, sugars and liquids. Add to dry ingredients. Pour 1/4 cup or more into a pan and coat quickly. Cook only about 2 minutes, sure not to burn the bottom. Remove and fill with whatever you like.
