I used to sell these in High School all the time as a fundraiser for the French Club I belonged to. We ALWAYS ran out! We served them with Nutella or Jam.
Ingredients:
1 egg (beaten)
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1 dash salt
Directions:
1. Combine egg, milk, flour, sugar, oil and salt.
2. Heat lightly greased skillet.
3. Spoon in 2 to 3 tablespoons batter.
4. Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter over bottom.
5. Return to heat and lightly brown on both sides.
