Creole Potato Salad

This is a very tasty and very bold potato salad. So many great flavors melded together in one bowl. Yummo.
Ingredients:
6 medium russet potatoes peeled
7 hard boiled eggs
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup green onion finely chopped
1/4 cup yellow onion finely chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper finely chopped
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon dried parsley leaves
2 teaspoons creole seasoning mix (recipe below)
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

4 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon white pepper
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
Directions:
1. Creole seasoning - mix together in airtight container and shake several times to combine flavors.
2. Boil potatoes in water until done then when cool enough cut potatoes into cubes.
3. Boil eggs in water until done then remove shells from eggs and dice.
4. In large bowl blend potatoes, eggs and remaining ingredients by stirring gently with large spoon.
5. Refrigerate before serving.
