Piercing holes in the meat makes the flavour better.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup dried thyme
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano
3/4 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 tablespoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. Store in Airthight Container.
2. Rub well on both sides of meat of choice.
3. Cook as desired.
