Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put chopped potatos into a large pot, add 4 cups chicken broth.
  2. Bring to a boil, add cabbage, return to boil about 10 minutes or until potaoes
  3. Are soft but not mushy.
  4. Fry bacon, then remove from skillet , leave about 3 tbls juice.
  5. Chop bacon.
  6. Fry onions, in bacon grease, drain
  7. Add, bacon , onions, andoulle sausages to mixture,
  8. Stir in 2 cups of heavy creme, stir, remove from heat.
  9. Serve with french bread.
