Creamy White Peanut Butter Almond Fudge

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine white sugar, brown sugar, butter and evaporated milk in heavy sauce pan or dutch oven over medium heat, stirring continuously.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Boil while continuously stirring for between 7 to 8 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add marshmallow creme and incorporate well.
  6. Then incorporate the peanut butter, followed by the white chocolate chips.
  7. Lastly, add and incorporate the vanilla and rum extracts.
  8. Empty the fudge into a buttered 9 by 13 inch dish or pan.
  9. Allow to cool for about an hour, then divide into pieces.
