Ingredients:
1 cup broccoli, cooked
1/3 cup vegetable broth
1/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed
1 tablespoon miso
1/2 tablespoon tahini
1/2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup tempeh, diced
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, puree broccoli, broth, spinach, miso, tahini, and vinegar until smooth.
2. Place in a saucepan, add tempeh, and heat until hot.
