This recipe goes with Persimmon Pudding
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Cream butter in top of a double boiler. Add sugar, and beat well. Stir in whipping cream. Place over boiling water, and cook, beating constantly, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Serve hot.
