Another yummy strawberry and cream cheese pie. Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened |
1 sm. container of cool whip |
1 sm. pkg strawberry jell-o |
graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Dissolve Jell-O with 1/2 cup boiling water, add cream cheese and mix with mixer until fully blended.
2. Fold in Cool Whip until mixture is fully mixed.
3. Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate until set
